Adrian Henle is a machine learning engineer and research-driven technologist who designs agentic and generative AI systems and deploys them from prototype to production. Based in Corvallis, Oregon, he blends a PhD in Chemical Engineering with a deep software engineering foundation to build scalable AI solutions, from LLM-powered full-stack apps to cloud-native tooling. He currently serves as a Machine Learning Engineer at Cisco and as a Data Science and Machine Learning Lecturer at the University of Washington, bringing production-grade practices to academia. His career includes patented US Navy innovations—3D-printed nanocomposites and RF lenses—and advancing robotic vision and sensing for defense and Army applications. He has delivered production-ready AI assistants, RAG-backed enterprise apps, and ML models using graph neural networks and LLMs for scientific discovery, taking ideas from concept to deployment. He is pursuing doctoral work with the Simon Ensemble community and has published in ACS journals, reflecting a strong blend of research impact and practical engineering.
