Michio Oikawa is a Project Manager at Hitachi with a PhD from the University of Tokyo, combining deep research pedigree with program leadership in healthcare ICT. He began at Hitachi in 1992 working on 3D medical image processing and led a decade-long glassless 3D display program that earned a technical promotion award from the Institute of Image Information and Television Engineers.
