Summary
🎓
Top SchoolAadil Hassan is a Senior Software Engineer based in Ranchi with five years of hands-on experience building product-focused web and backend systems. He specializes in embedding growth into products by reducing friction, increasing activation, and designing "aha" moments that turn users into loyal customers. Aadil blends pragmatic engineering with a user-first mindset—believing the best code elegantly solves human problems—and follows a personal "cracked" manifesto of extreme ownership and full-craft enthusiasm. His recent roles span rapid-growth startups and product teams, including leadership at CribStore and current senior engineering work at Tech Ventures Group. Pursuing formal AI/ML education through BITS Pilani and IIT Ropar programs, he pairs practical delivery experience with emerging machine learning interests. Colleagues describe him as a builder who treats product metrics as first-class design constraints, not just technical outcomes.
