Top SchoolAadish Deshpande is a backend software engineer with 8 years of experience building high-throughput, low-latency systems for trading and adtech at firms like Bracebridge Capital and PubMatic. He specializes in scalable C/C#/C++ services, concurrency and async patterns, and improving observability and reliability through tooling like Datadog and CI/CD pipelines. Notable achievements include scaling a trading message service from 30K to over 6M records daily, cutting audience-targeting latency by 63% using DAG-based data structures, and migrating legacy ETL to secure SFTP workflows. A Northeastern CS graduate student and former teaching assistant, he blends rigorous academic grounding with hands-on production incident response and refactoring discipline to reduce technical debt. Colleagues value his pragmatic approach to instrumentation, automated test gating, and thoughtful performance optimizations that often sit behind the scenes but materially improve system throughput.
