Top SchoolAadit Kapoor is a curiosity-driven research engineer and AI practitioner with a decade of hands-on experience building production ML systems and research-grade models across biotech, energy, manufacturing, and logistics. He combines full-stack ML delivery and MLOps expertise (DeepSpeed, FSDP, Kubeflow, Ray) with model craftsmanship at scale—evidenced by fine-tuning a 1.3B genomic LLM on H100s and porting it to Flash-Attention-2 to reduce memory by ~30%. His work has produced measurable business impact, from cutting Stanford energy-meter downtime by 80% to boosting wafer-inspection throughput 30% and generating multimillion-dollar revenue via predictive maintenance. A published researcher with 200+ citations and RSCA-funded projects, he bridges rigorous LLM research (RLHF, SFT, DPO) with deployable systems. Based in San Jose and completing an MS in AI (Data Science focus), he’s seeking full-time roles where cutting-edge AI meets real-world impact, particularly in biotech, climate tech, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing. An early app entrepreneur, he also brings product intuition and end-user focus to technically ambitious projects.
