Top SchoolAaron Bishop is a Senior Information Technology Specialist with over eight years of hands-on experience in customer-facing support, back-end administration, and workflow automation across high-scale environments like Apple and Akixi. He built and maintained inbound task routing and Sprinklr rule sets, contributed UI and functionality feedback to development teams, and documented processes to keep cross-platform message flows reliable. Known for tackling late-night technical mysteries, he combines system/network maintenance and metadata/cataloging expertise—evidenced by volunteer stewardship of TheTVDB used by hundreds of apps worldwide. Aaron’s background is unusual in its depth of self-taught systems work, from early web hosting and custom authentication obfuscation to hex-editing compiled applications, which fuels a pragmatic, security-minded approach to operational challenges. He’s currently focused on IT leadership and support at Akixi while selectively guiding projects that become his next technical obsession.
