Senior🎓
Top SchoolAaron Melocik is a senior software engineer and founding technologist with 11+ years of experience turning ideas into production products, from modernizing legacy dating platforms to building a RAG‑powered AI health app. He blends hands‑on full‑stack expertise—React Native/Expo frontends, Supabase/Postgres+pgvector backends, Deno edge functions, and CI/CD—to deliver secure, multi‑tenant systems with HIPAA‑minded controls. As an engineering manager he has raised release cadence, instituted TDD and observability, and defined roadmaps and OKRs that align small teams toward measurable outcomes. He’s comfortable shipping both consumer‑scale real‑time features (chat, push, background tasks) and researcher‑grade tooling (row‑level security, rate limiting, streaming AI responses). A former entrepreneur and Peace Corps alum, he pairs pragmatic leadership and empathy with a bias for shipping iteratively and nurturing psychological safety.
