Top SchoolAaron Polley is a pragmatic engineering leader and multi-platform End User Computing architect based in Sydney with eight years of progressive technology and people-management experience. As Compnow’s first QLD Engineering Manager he scaled the state team 10x in four years while shaping national engineering processes, culture, and technical strategy across Apple, Windows and mobile MDM ecosystems. He blends hands-on solution architecture and pre/post-sales technical ownership—especially with Jamf and modern deployment workflows—with a track record managing MSAs for education, government and enterprise customers. Known for strengths in achievement, individualization and analytical empathy, he prioritises stewardship of teams and measurable KPIs alongside customer outcomes. Unusually for an engineering manager, he retains deep product-owner experience for hosted services and still contributes as an SME on escalations and project delivery.
