Top SchoolAaron Saunders is a founder and hands-on technology CEO with 15 years of experience turning prototypes into secure, launched digital products for clients ranging from The Kennedy Center to Lockheed Martin. As founder of a minority-owned digital solutions firm, he combines product strategy, UX, and full-stack architecture with direct implementation and team leadership to deliver on-time, budget-conscious results. He has a track record of building community-focused initiatives—launching Washington DC’s first Inclusive Innovation Incubator and co-founding Startup Middle School—to expand access for underrepresented technologists and entrepreneurs. A former Fulbright Scholar and adjunct faculty member, he blends practical teaching experience with enterprise delivery, and is comfortable shifting between board-level strategy and hands-on coding and architecture. Not obvious from titles alone: he has repeatedly led large-scale migrations and platform rewrites, proving aptitude for both greenfield product launches and complex legacy transformations.
