Senior🎓
Top SchoolAbby Krishnan is a product-focused software engineer with nine years of experience building privacy-minded and civic-facing products for early-stage companies. Based in San Francisco and a UT Austin computer science graduate, she has shipped features across the stack—from React front-ends and ETL pipelines with Spark to backend integrations in Kotlin—and has experience in government procurement, privacy tooling, and marketplace resale systems. Her internships at Facebook and Affirm informed a practical approach to reducing civic harm and automating financial workflows, respectively, and she’s contributed to teams that turn research needs into production monitoring tools. Abby gravitates toward roles that blend thoughtful system design with democratic values, and she often pursues subtle product improvements that make complex workflows more transparent and auditable. Currently at Terraton, she continues to apply startup grit to build reliable, well-designed systems that serve both users and public-interest goals.
