Top SchoolAbdullah Ak is a Senior Software Engineer based in Berlin with a decade of experience building distributed backend systems and payment integrations, particularly in Go. He has designed and delivered production-grade microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and payment gateways (including Adyen, AMEX, JCB, and Stripe) across companies like SumUp, JustWatch, and Hygraph. Comfortable across the stack, he pairs backend expertise with frontend and mobile work in TypeScript/React and React Native, and continues shipping personal projects such as artvizit.co to raise artists’ visibility. His background includes founding an indoor positioning startup and hands-on work with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, Google Cloud and AWS, reflecting a pragmatic focus on reliable, observable systems. Notably, he blends product-facing feature work (marketing automation, campaign tooling) with low-level integration and certification efforts that reduce costs and unlock new markets.
