Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolAbdulrahman Shafii is a full-stack software engineer and builder based in Dubai with over eight years of hands-on experience designing and shipping web and mobile products from concept to production. He has led engineering teams and founded early-stage efforts, driving first-user acquisition in Riyadh and managing platform upgrades, third-party integrations, and white-label features across multiple products. As a former engineering manager and founding engineer, he combines people leadership with deep technical ownership—setting up dev processes, mentoring engineers, and standing up DevOps environments. His work spans backend migrations (Firebase to Laravel/MySQL), payments and Apple Pay integrations, and multi-product coordination across ticketing, POS, and hospitality apps. Abdulrahman pairs technical depth with product training (BBA in Product Management) and a CS background, which helps him translate customer needs into reliable, scalable systems. He now focuses on building new ventures in stealth, bringing a bias for shipping and a track record of turning complex integrations into user-facing value.
