Top SchoolAbdurrahman Sahin is a multidisciplinary education and design professional with 11 years of experience blending instructional design, visual concept art, and human resources. Based in London and educated in TESOL at İstanbul Üniversitesi-Cerrahpaşa, he designs engaging curricula and interactive learning materials while integrating emerging edtech like AR/VR. As a concept artist and Adobe Photoshop specialist, he translates narrative and brand needs into compelling visual storytelling, and he has applied those communication skills in client-facing roles such as real estate consulting. His background in training, talent acquisition support, and conflict resolution enables him to create inclusive learning environments that also meet organizational goals. Known for adaptability, he moves fluidly between classroom instruction, curriculum development, and commercial design projects, bringing a strategic eye for both pedagogy and market-facing outcomes. Outside traditional roles, he leverages visual storytelling to solve complex problems—whether developing character art or designing scalable staff development programs.
