Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolAbe Kline is a full-stack developer with a decade of hands-on experience building web and IIoT systems across public sector and private companies. He has progressed from web development and API work at Integrated DNA Technologies to senior IIoT architecture and current full-stack responsibilities for Johnson County, demonstrating strength in maintaining legacy systems, automating tests, and creating robust backend services. Abe blends SQL and stored-procedure expertise with front-to-back implementation, often stepping into customer support and cross-department projects to deliver practical solutions. His background in clinical research and engineering studies gives him an uncommon attention to procedural rigor and data validation in software projects. Comfortable leading architecture decisions or coding solo, he’s goal-driven and effective in collaborative teams while routinely tackling both maintenance and greenfield work. Based in Iowa City, he pairs midwestern persistence with a pragmatic approach to shipping reliable, maintainable systems.
