Senior🎓
Top SchoolAbel Hristodor is a systems and DevOps engineer with 8 years of hands-on experience building cloud-native infrastructure and automating delivery pipelines across AWS and GCP. He has driven cost reductions of up to ~60% through autoscaling and architecture migrations, and cut image sizes and deployment complexity by introducing distroless images, Operators, and GitOps workflows. Comfortable coding in Go and Python, he’s implemented custom Kubernetes Operators and on-demand pod/job orchestrators while contributing backend fixes and features. At startups he often worked solo on end-to-end migrations and CI/CD improvements; more recently he joined AWS ESC Managed Operations to scale those skills in a larger environment. Based in Valeggio sul Mincio, Italy, he blends networking instincts with developer ergonomics to make infrastructure both secure and easy to operate. A detail that sets him apart is his practice of pairing infra diagrams and comprehensive docs with automated tooling to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and repeatable operations.
