Top SchoolAbel Santos is a software engineer based in São Paulo with nine years of experience building distributed, containerized applications and leading small engineering teams. He spans the full development lifecycle—from architecture and tooling choices to delivery pipelines and production maintenance—often working with Node.js, Java, Go, Kubernetes, Kafka and PostgreSQL. Abel has hands-on experience migrating monoliths to microservices and operationalizing apps on Kubernetes, and has led teams of 5–7 engineers to define standards, run POCs and improve CI/CD. Comfortable with both technical leadership and day-to-day implementation, he seeks roles that offer new challenges for continued growth. An early background in medical radiology and steady progression from apprentice to tech lead hint at disciplined, pragmatic problem-solving and a readiness to adapt to diverse domains.
