Top SchoolAbhijith Mohan is a Senior Software Engineer with 13 years of experience building scalable backend systems and cloud-native infrastructure, currently contributing to Databricks' observability metrics platform. He brings deep expertise in Java, Python, the Spring ecosystem, Kubernetes, and distributed systems honed across roles at Zeta (building a greenfield digital bank), Harness (Kubernetes cost and right-sizing), and Visa (API gateway, security, and geo-distributed performance tooling). Comfortable owning end-to-end features, he has designed message transformation pipelines, implemented advanced authentication and message-layer encryption, and automated performance testing across regions to accelerate iteration. Known for pragmatic engineering tradeoffs, he blends hands-on coding with system-level thinking to optimize cost, latency, and reliability. An IIT (BHU) dual-degree in Computer Science underpins his technical rigor, and a quiet but impactful track record shows he favors infrastructure that prevents problems before they surface.
