Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAbhinav Das is a pragmatic engineering leader with 9 years of experience building and scaling cloud-native and AI-enabled products for startups and scaleups, currently serving as Head of Engineering at Blenheim Chalcot. He has a strong track record growing teams (scaling engineering orgs to 40+), leading M&A tech due diligence and integrations, and shipping SaaS platforms that handle high volumes and complex workflows. Technically hands-on, he has driven migrations, real-time computer-vision systems, serverless architectures and Kubernetes/EKS deployments, and tinkers with containers, Docker and low-level binary optimization in his spare time. He previously saved SmartPharma360 tens of millions in opportunity costs by re-architecting systems and delivered enterprise-grade solutions across pharma, fintech, retail IoT and marketing tech. Comfortable at the intersection of product, ops and security, he mentors leaders into VP-level roles and embeds robust CI/CD, monitoring and resilience practices. Based in Hyderabad, he combines founder grit with systems-level engineering judgment to move deep-tech ideas into production quickly.
