He leads migration from legacy Redshift stacks to a petabyte-scale Apache Hudi lake with hybrid event and batch processing (Flink, Spark), improving timeliness and accuracy of profitability metrics that drive tens of billions in automated decisions. He designed Nexus, a distributed data platform and DSL-driven configuration model that replaced a 75K+ line SQL implementation and enabled domain-team self-service across a 150+ engineer matrix. Abhishek also built Agent Vega to automatically lift complex SQL business logic into a modern domain model and helped establish GenAI infrastructure and production agents for his organization. Known for tackling the hardest problems on the team, he balances platform architecture, observability, and cross-team technical alignment while mentoring engineers. Based in Seattle, he combines deep systems expertise with a pragmatic focus on reducing operational overhead and accelerating large-scale modernization.
