Top SchoolAbhishek Sharma is a Staff Product Designer with 10 years of experience crafting user-centered products at the intersection of art and technology, currently leading hacked account recovery and reporting experiences on Meta’s Integrity team in London. Trained in Information Technology with an HCI specialization from IIIT Allahabad, he combines visual art direction and branding sensibilities with hands-on JavaScript prototyping to deliver pragmatic, high-fidelity solutions. His career spans impactful stints at Meta, Razorpay, Unacademy and open-source work on the Fedora Community App, demonstrating a pattern of shipping cross-platform experiences that reduce friction for real users. He is comfortable translating research—user interviews, quantitative analysis and heuristic evaluation—into scalable design systems and web components. Notably, he has repeatedly moved products from research to global roll-outs, including identity confirmation and payments flows, showing strength in both collaboration and execution. Off the clock his pragmatic mantra—“can’t cry about having a lot on my plate when my goal was to eat”—reflects a bias toward shipping and learning quickly.
