Senior🎓
Top SchoolAbu מעמי is a creative technologist and long-running steward of Kaluach, the family of popular Hebrew calendar applications, bringing nearly three decades of continuous product stewardship and nine years of formal software experience. Based in Israel, he blends software productivity research with an unconventional personal focus—studying how Irish beer and classic rock influence developer output—which informs a uniquely human-centered approach to tooling and user experience. As the driving force behind iKaluach, Kaluach 3, and Kaluach Kir, he combines product maintenance, cross-platform support, and deep domain knowledge of Hebrew calendrical rules. Beyond software, he runs a niche lichen farm and has a background of eclectic, hands-on ventures that reveal a practical, resourceful temperament. Colleagues describe him as quietly inventive: someone who ships reliable, culturally nuanced software while maintaining a pastoral, experimental life outside tech.
