Top SchoolAbubakar Njumwa is a Cloud Support Engineer with nine years of software engineering experience, currently resolving complex AI/ML and big data issues for global customers at Amazon Web Services from Nairobi. He blends deep troubleshooting across multiple cloud services with hands-on backend development experience gained as a full stack and software engineer at Pezesha and Aimsoft, where he built decoupled APIs and performance-focused data models. Comfortable automating operational tasks and incident recovery, he has practical exposure to system continuity and reporting from his time in insurance tech. Trained in computer science with additional business intelligence and financial modeling credentials, he pairs technical depth with an analytical, product-minded approach to customer outcomes.
