Top SchoolAbubakar Sambo is a Lead Full-Stack Developer with nine years of experience building web and mobile software, currently driving Nigeria’s premier ESG platform at Teasoo Consulting while co-founding a data-driven personal finance product, Eloni. He has led cross-functional teams to deliver open contracting portals, ERPs, and AI-driven data insights—most notably revamping Budeshi and launching WorkflowPadi—blending product thinking with hands-on implementation across frontend, backend and data tooling. At PPDC he acted as the de facto technical lead, building civic dashboards and training partners on open contracting standards and data validation for multiple Nigerian states. Comfortable shipping production systems and managing hosting, he brings practical experience in web crawling, OC4IDS migration, and financial tooling for public sector transparency. Abubakar pairs a formal business background with diplomas in full-stack and backend engineering, which helps him translate stakeholder requirements into auditable technical solutions. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic builder who moves quickly from prototype to production while keeping data integrity and compliance front of mind.
