Top SchoolAchint Sharma is a Senior Software Engineer based in San Jose with 10 years of experience building scalable systems, from high-throughput supply-chain processors to consumer-facing frontends and NLP search relevance. Currently at Tesla, he blends practical production engineering with research-level rigor (4.0 MS in Computer Science from Boston University) and a history of shipping measurable impact—e.g., circulating $2M in trading flows at his startup and handling systems that process 100k–1M records/sec at Delhivery. He’s contributed to open-source frontend work on the loklak_search project, demonstrating attention to UX and pragmatic UI improvements alongside backend-focused roles. Comfortable across the stack, Achint has steered early-stage engineering at startups, executed research in computer vision and NLP, and repeatedly moved from prototype to production. Notably, he combines entrepreneurial instincts with corporate-scale engineering, making him effective both as an individual contributor and as an early team builder.
