Summary
👤
SeniorAchraf Naamane is a seasoned technical leader and full-stack web developer with 13 years of experience building and leading teams around Drupal-based solutions for governments, banks, libraries, and NGOs. Currently Directeur Technique at Swiver and co-founder at Concise Consulting, he combines hands-on custom back-end development, responsive front-end theming, and robust security practices to deliver production-ready sites across Drupal 7–9. He has progressed from developer to project lead and CTO roles, having shaped engineering processes, mentored teams, and launched startups while maintaining an appetite for database-driven architectures and Symfony integrations. A coder from an early age with a formal software engineering background, he speaks three languages fluently and brings a global perspective rooted in Tunisia and extensive international project work. Notably, he balances technical depth with product and project leadership, often taking ownership of migrations, search engineering, and custom modules that underlie mission-critical public-sector platforms.
