Senior🎓
Top SchoolAdam Baskerville is a Quantum Chemistry Specialist with nine years of experience translating advanced quantum mechanics into practical computational tools, currently exploring applications of quantum methods at Kvantify. He holds a PhD in Quantum Chemical Physics from the University of Sussex and has led high‑precision, fully correlated Schrödinger-equation solutions as an EPSRC-funded postdoc, achieving nano‑hartree accuracy and pioneering use of DoubleDouble/QuadDouble and ball arithmetic. At Exscientia he bridged research and application, and he combines deep theory with hands‑on GPU and parallel programming skills as the sole developer and lab manager roles past projects demanded. He also designs and teaches scientific Python courses, mentors graduate students, and has experience turning outreach concepts into interactive tools like the ‘Quantum Leap’ game. Based in Huntingdonshire, England, he brings a rare mix of theoretical rigor, numerical precision expertise, and practical software engineering to quantum chemistry challenges.
