Top SchoolAdam Bouchard is a seasoned software leader and founder with 15 years of experience building and scaling web applications and product teams. He founded InspireHQ to unify strategy, goals, and people—acquired by BETA Technologies—after leading Agilion to deliver over 70 production web apps across industries. Technically hands-on, he’s a full-stack developer who prefers Elixir and has architected assessment frameworks and performance monitoring systems for education and renewable energy markets. Based in Burlington, Vermont, Adam blends product-minded engineering with practical strategy to reduce organizational misalignment and complexity. He’s comfortable shifting between CEO/Founder duties and principal architect work, turning ambiguous problems into aligned roadmaps and executable systems. Notably, his background in business administration and engineering physics gives him a rare mix of technical rigor and commercial sense.
