Senior🎓
Top SchoolAdam Carson is a senior software engineer and front-end architect with 11+ years building dependency-free web frameworks, vanilla JavaScript libraries, custom CLIs, and global component systems for enterprise and boutique clients. He founded Depth Development and has led front-end modernization efforts at companies like Solutionreach, O.C. Tanner, and GE Vernova, delivering reusable component libraries, WYSIWYG editors, and CI pipelines that cut build and deployment times dramatically. Comfortable from UX through backend scripts and databases, he’s repeatedly replaced legacy stacks to free design teams to be more creative while improving developer velocity. A seasoned instructor and mentor, he also teaches web development and has built products for notable clients including a bespoke site for champion freediver William Trubridge. Multilingual and outdoors-driven, Adam brings an unusual blend of technical craftsmanship, people-first leadership, and real-world curiosity that informs pragmatic, long-lived engineering decisions.
