Top SchoolAdam Cupiał is a Principal Backend Engineer with 15 years crafting web systems, currently shaping backend architecture and delivery at Footballco after roles as Web Architect at DAZN and Perform Media. He blends deep practical experience in Python and ECMAScript with a long history of web development dating back to the IE5 era, and has spent the last 3–4 years designing large-scale service architectures. Comfortable in SCRUM/Kanban environments, he pairs hands-on coding with system-level thinking and a pragmatic view of legacy technologies (he knows PHP well enough to dislike it). Based in Katowice, Poland, Adam has built everything from Django portals to SmartTV apps, which gives him a rare perspective on cross-platform product constraints and performance trade-offs.
