Top SchoolAdam Dishaw is a Data Science Manager with 12 years of experience who translates a Ph.D. in elementary particle physics into robust statistical modeling and production-ready ML solutions at The Walt Disney Company. He has led end-to-end projects—from project scoping and feature engineering to model deployment and client-facing delivery—drawing on prior work building ultra-fast proprietary regressors and feature-selection methods at FactSet. His background analyzing terabytes from the Large Hadron Collider informs a pragmatic approach to large-scale ETL, distributed computing, and rigorous hypothesis testing that yielded world‑leading confidence intervals in physics research. Comfortable mentoring teams and communicating complex results to diverse stakeholders, he combines deep quantitative rigor with product sensibility to drive measurable business outcomes. An understated strength is his knack for turning physics-grade data pipelines and statistical techniques into scalable tools for commercial decision-making.
