Top SchoolAdam Ellison is a human-centred Principal Consultant and interaction designer with 11 years’ experience shaping digital services across government, education, and social enterprise. He blends visual design, prototyping and front-end know-how with service and UX strategy—recently driving user-centred transformation for UK departments including DfE, DSIT and the Home Office. Adam founded a social enterprise that taught digital skills to unemployed people, showing he pairs practical design craft with genuine social impact. He excels at turning complex policy and legacy systems into clear, testable journeys and prototypes, and often leads workshops to surface organisational knowledge and align stakeholders. Based in London, he’s currently focused on learning experience design, EdTech and digital blended learning projects where design meets measurable outcomes.
