Summary
👤
SeniorAdam Faryna is a founder and digital marketing specialist with 11 years of hands-on software development experience, now running a London-based agency that helps clients build online presence and generate sales. He blends full-stack engineering chops—from Java and Spring back ends to modern front-end stacks like React, TypeScript, and ES6—with product-minded marketing and Lean Startup practice. His background includes senior engineering roles at AOL, Roche and major Polish institutions where he delivered premium interactive campaigns and complex financial and government systems. Adam favors fast iterations, measurable outcomes and learning-by-doing, treating ideas as "null until delivered"—a mantra born at a London hackathon. He’s as comfortable refactoring enterprise Java services as pairing on front-end UX, and he enjoys dissecting business models and marketing strategies in his spare time. That combination of technical depth and commercial curiosity makes him a pragmatic founder who turns concepts into revenue-generating products.
