Top SchoolAdam Flanczewski is an application development manager with 14+ years building desktop and web applications, databases, BI reporting, and automated workflow systems across finance, healthcare, and insurance. He combines hands-on engineering and architecture with people leadership, having led development teams at SS&C and now at Falcon Insurance Group to improve end-to-end revenue-cycle software. Comfortable from server ops to front-end code, he pairs pragmatic project management with a continuous-improvement mindset and a passion for learning new technologies. A self-described "JavaScript code monkey by day, ClojureScript hacker by night," he brings both practical production experience and curiosity-driven experimental work. Based in the Greater Chicago Area, he excels at turning cross-departmental requirements into auditable, scalable solutions that reduce friction and drive business outcomes.
