Top SchoolAdam Hepton is an engineering leader and people-focused strategist with 11 years’ experience marrying front-end JavaScript craftsmanship (Node, React, Svelte) with organisation-wide People/HR practice to improve employee experience and delivery outcomes. He’s moved from hands-on roles building large-scale web apps and coaching engineering teams to leading People Experience and Reward strategy, uniquely translating developer empathy into people-centred organisational change. Skilled in Agile and Lean approaches, he balances commercial and regulatory needs while designing fair, transparent employee lifecycles and talent frameworks. A pragmatic coach and curious technologist, Adam still keeps a hand in UX and operations thinking, privileging tools that teams can sustain long-term.
