Senior🎓
Top SchoolAdam Koza is a pragmatic software engineer and founder with a decade of experience building secure, high-throughput systems for crypto exchanges, banks, universities, and government agencies. He launched Zerocrat.com, a privacy-first accounting SaaS using zero-knowledge key generation and AES-256 encryption, and previously engineered low-latency market and order WebSocket APIs and migrations that supported a $250M-acquired crypto startup. Comfortable across the full stack and infrastructure, he’s delivered production services—from database migrations and trading engines to microservices and referral systems—while mentoring hires and collaborating with high-volume partners. Recently pivoting into utility arboriculture, he brings the same operational rigor to field safety and grid reliability work, maintaining apprenticeship continuity toward trade equivalency. Notably, his early projects include pioneering an SMS-based offline Bitcoin wallet, reflecting a long-standing focus on pragmatic cryptography and resilient systems.
