Top SchoolAdam Martinik is a Senior Software Engineer with 13 years of experience, currently leading backend initiatives and teams while remaining an active Ruby developer. He has driven end-to-end delivery for fintech and SaaS products—architecting scalable Rails systems, optimizing databases, and hardening security across growing platforms. As a hands-on tech lead he’s shipped multi-country projects (including bank integrations) and coached distributed teams through code reviews, performance tuning, and operational deployments. His background spans startup product building to large internal banking systems, giving him a rare combination of startup agility and enterprise-grade integration experience. Based in Ostrava, Czechia, he pairs a Master’s in Computer Science with a habit of staying close to the code even while steering technical strategy.
