Top SchoolAdam Moss is an experienced engineering manager with 12+ years in technology, evolving from a Magento-focused web developer to leading cloud-native, serverless initiatives. He combines hands-on development and architecture with people leadership, mentoring teams to adopt testing, automation, and event-driven microservice patterns on AWS. At Ultimate Performance he built production-grade integrations—from Lambda/SQS pipelines and Microsoft AAD SSO to Adyen payments and Chargebee subscriptions—balancing delivery speed with technical excellence. Comfortable across the full stack (React, Vue, Laravel, Svelte) he thrives in cross-functional environments and still contributes code to shape architecture. Now at Government Digital Service, he continues to scale teams and drive Infrastructure as Code practices while prioritising engineer wellbeing and continuous learning. Colleagues value him for pragmatic decisions that turn complex integrations into maintainable, business-aligned systems.
