Senior🎓
Top SchoolAdam Pacanowski is a Senior JavaScript Developer with 11 years in software and seven focused on front-end engineering, pioneering React-based business apps before the framework went mainstream. At mTab he initiated a migration from Backbone.js to a modern React/TypeScript stack, introduced unit/integration/e2e testing and CI, and serves as a hands-on tech lead and recruiter for a small frontend team. He’s pragmatic—preferring shippable solutions over perfection—and excels at untangling legacy code and stabilizing complex apps. Comfortable interfacing with UX/UI designers, product owners and security teams, he also automated open-source dependency reporting to support security workflows. Based in Greater Poland Voivodeship, he pairs formal engineering education with a hobbyist’s curiosity that keeps him exploring new tooling and practices.
