Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolAdam Romig is a ServiceNow developer with 11 years of hands-on experience across front-end, back-end, and hardware support, now focused on building and administering production and non-production ServiceNow instances at LexisNexis. He implements low-code and scripted solutions—catalog items, workflows, client scripts, business rules, REST APIs—and documents integrations while handling user, role, and ACL administration. Comfortable troubleshooting complex incidents and escalating to vendor support when needed, he pairs platform administration with agile collaboration and stakeholder communication. A practical problem-solver from Dayton, Ohio, Adam applies a hardware-to-software perspective informed by two decades at LexisNexis, and brings a curiosity for new frameworks and a penchant for penguins (spheniscidae) that hints at a geeky, playful side.
