Top SchoolAdam Shero is a cloud-native platform and DevOps leader with nine years of focused experience building and migrating large-scale infrastructure for media and SaaS companies, who also runs Sonique Drums, a boutique manufacturer holding multiple international patents for innovative percussion hardware. He has driven multimillion-dollar cloud cost reductions and led complex migrations to Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) while designing reproducible IaC and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, FluxCD/Helm, and GitLab. Comfortable across AWS and GCP, Adam blends hands-on systems engineering with architecture work for ML pipelines and streaming platforms, and has a track record of breaking monoliths into scalable microservices. An entrepreneur and inventor by night, he brings product-minded engineering to infrastructure problems and a stubborn focus on eliminating bad experiences.
