Top SchoolAdam Shimali is a Technical Architect based in London with two decades of experience and a 12-year focused track record delivering Python and AWS-driven public sector services. He has played technical lead roles on high-profile UK government projects—helping build planning.data.gov.uk, ethnicity-facts-figures and GOV.UK Notify—combining hands-on engineering with infrastructure-as-code and serverless designs. Known for scoping and shipping early-stage digital products, he aligns pragmatic technical choices to user outcomes and delivers the “right amount” of technology at the right time. Comfortable in uncertainty, he pairs strong stakeholder and team leadership with practical delivery skills across Terraform, ECS/Fargate, Lambda and messaging patterns. An often unseen strength is his blend of product empathy and operational rigour developed across both startup and large-government contexts, enabling fast, reliable launches of public-facing data services.
