Top SchoolAdam Subotkowski is a pragmatic CTO and software architect with a decade of experience designing cloud-native, DDD-driven systems using Node.js, Kubernetes, AWS and microservices. He pairs hands-on engineering—still writing JavaScript—with strategic leadership, mentoring teams and translating complex business requirements into compliant, user-focused products. His legal background and history as a university accreditation expert and practicing lawyer give him uncommon strength in data protection, regulatory alignment and drafting precise technical documentation. Adam has led product vision and R&D at Hustro, built award-winning backend solutions at Viessmann, and founded startups, demonstrating an operator’s mindset across startups and corporate environments. Based in Wrocław, he bridges legal, technical and business perspectives to deliver auditable, secure systems that map directly to organizational goals.
