Top SchoolAdam Suczewski is an engineer with nine years of experience building tightly integrated hardware and software systems, now based in Berkeley and currently at Oxide Computer Company. He has deep hands-on expertise in embedded and real-time systems from leading robotics and microscale manufacturing control at Atomic Machines and developing novel medical devices and clinic-scale infrastructure at Forward. Comfortable spanning embedded firmware to cloud services and UX, he has a track record of shipping end-to-end products that required close collaboration across design, clinical, and hardware teams. Known for a high pain tolerance and a bias for building the first lines of core products, he excels in early-stage environments where systems-level thinking and pragmatic execution matter. His background includes scalable distributed systems work that supported live video economies and rapid growth at Kamcord, showing an unusual blend of low-level control and large-scale service design.
