Top SchoolAdam Tornhill is a founder and CTO with 12+ years of hands-on experience building developer-first tools that expose technical debt and guide team decisions; he leads CodeScene, a SaaS product used to quantify and manage a trillion-dollar software maintenance problem. Trained as an engineer and psychologist, he blends systems thinking with behavioral insights to make code-health diagnostics both technically rigorous and practically actionable. A published author and international keynote speaker, Adam translates research into products and training that improve development workflows at scale. His career spans embedded real‑time systems, safety‑critical railway and telecom projects, and modern SaaS, reflecting a rare mix of low‑level performance engineering and product-driven analytics. Based in Malmö, he also pursues interests in modern history, retro computing and martial arts, which inform his pragmatic, curiosity‑driven approach to engineering leadership.
