Top SchoolAdama Ndour is an Associate Scientist and data scientist with 11 years of experience building data-intensive, production-ready solutions across agricultural research and geospatial domains. He combines a PhD in computer science and strong full-stack skills with hands-on expertise in UAV/satellite image processing, NIRS sensor deployment, and climate risk modeling to deliver reproducible ML pipelines and dashboards for decision-makers. Comfortable from low-level C++ and Java to Python/R ecosystems and modern web stacks, he has shipped end-to-end systems including pre-trained models, web apps, and open GitHub repositories used in crop breeding and climate risk projects. His work uniquely bridges mechanistic biological modeling (3D root hydraulics) with scalable data engineering for national-scale climate and crop value-chain analyses. Based in Addis Ababa, he mentors teams and translates complex research into actionable policy briefs and tools for stakeholders.
