Senior🎓
Top SchoolAdao Natalino is a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (L6) based in London with six years of software experience and a background in mechanical engineering and business administration. He leads cross-stack work at Numan, owning TypeScript React frontends, a TypeScript BFF, and a Django/Python monolith while driving architecture, payments integrations, and subscription lifecycles. Adao excels at the design phase—defining data models and API contracts to enable parallel execution and reduce integration friction across teams. He combines product, design, clinical, and engineering perspectives to ship cross-repo features safely and mentor engineers on architectural consistency. Recently he’s been exploring AI-augmented engineering, orchestrating multiple agents to automate design, code review, ticketing, and cross-repo coordination to dramatically shorten idea-to-production cycles. His prior career in heavy equipment maintenance and operations gives him a pragmatic systems-thinking approach to reliability, cost trade-offs, and measurable process improvements.
