Adarsh Srivastava is a Bengaluru-based co-founder and software engineer with a decade of experience building developer-first observability and security tooling for distributed systems. He currently leads CtrlB, a code-intelligence platform that maps dependencies and change impact across microservice architectures to eliminate developer "change-anxiety," and is building an open security protocol for decentralized infrastructure at ZKLabs. His background spans blockchain projects for land records and self-sovereign identity, early-stage ML/real-time systems at Sybill, and full-stack microservices at Deskera, giving him strong cross-domain fluency from infra to product. Adarsh combines systems thinking with a people-centric approach to create operationally auditable solutions that favor decentralized trust over centralized auditors. He’s particularly focused on making observability data actionable—hence his “Data Engine for Observability” ethos—and on giving developers first-line defenses so they can move fast without breaking things.
