Summary
👤
SeniorAdeel Shabbir is a Senior Software Engineer with six years of hands-on experience building full-stack, cloud-native applications using Node.js, Ruby on Rails, React, and Shopify integrations. He has a strong operational focus—designing serverless APIs, configuring AWS ECS/ECS, CloudFront, Cognito and dockerized deployments, and implementing real-time features via WebSockets for background process notifications. Adeel has driven product-critical modules across e-commerce and logistics platforms (orders, shipments, inventory nodes, custom picking) and led migrations to headless architectures while stabilizing production under pressure. He pairs backend systems work (Python SAM, Go APIs, modified Readium for a blockchain use case) with front-end redesigns and marketing site improvements, showing breadth across the stack. Based in Lahore, he also mentors junior engineers and has practical experience integrating major external services like Google Books, ISBNdb, Stripe and LaunchDarkly to deliver tangible product outcomes.
