Top SchoolAdeet Phanse is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with a decade of experience building and operating resilient cloud platforms, currently focused on reliability at MongoDB after progressing through DevOps roles at Capital One. He combines hands-on SRE practices—incident runbooks, monitoring, pipeline automation, and infrastructure-as-code—with full-stack sensibilities from earlier application work. At Capital One he led migration and automation efforts that improved uptime and reduced manual toil, and at MongoDB he applies that operational rigor to large-scale distributed systems. An active open-source contributor, he has contributed maintainability and documentation improvements to the well-known ZNC IRC bouncer project, reflecting attention to long-term code clarity. Based in New York, Adeet blends practical engineering discipline with a curiosity for DevOps and full-stack technologies.
