Top SchoolAdekunle Oduye is a Design Technologist and UX engineer with 11 years of experience building design systems, front-end components, and high-fidelity prototypes for companies like Plaid, Mailchimp, and Grammarly. He blends product design, interaction design, and front-end engineering to ship accessible, performant UI libraries and documentation sites (notably leading Threads at Plaid and Wink at Mailchimp). Adekunle pairs hands-on React/TypeScript development with user research and design ops, guiding technical strategy and authoring principles for scalable component ecosystems. As an independent consultant and frequent conference speaker, he helps organizations standardize UI patterns and improve developer ergonomics across teams. He also hosts a podcast that explores the intersection of design and technology, and outside work he pursues travel and personal finance learning—an uncommon blend that informs his practical, user-centered approach.
